Professional analysis of on and off site environmental constraints resulting in a thorough site planning approach that includes layouts of neighborhoods, campus complexes, buildings, parking areas, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, open spaces, etc.
Planting Design
Extensive cross-country experience in planting design in all U.S. climate zones. Includes temperate and tropical ornamentals, interior plantings, wetlands and water-loving plants. Experience with native plants and grasses, wildflowers and collected exotics. Thorough knowledge of horticultural needs including soil conditioning, fertilizers, chemicals, etc.
Construction Administration
Bidding, contract negotiation, specification and contract administration services including contractor selection, field reports and construction observation.
